What file formats do you accept?

We accept PDF, AI, PSD, and JPG/PNG files at 300 DPI minimum. For best results, supply print-ready PDF files with 3mm bleed.

How fast is your turnaround?

Standard orders: 2–3 business days. Express orders: 24–48 hours. Same-day available on select products. Contact us via WhatsApp for urgent orders.

Do you offer design services?

Yes! Our in-house designers can create artwork for you. See our Graphic Design Service product for packages starting from AED 99.

Do you deliver across UAE?

Yes, we deliver across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, and all other emirates. Free delivery available on orders above AED 500 in Dubai.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, bank transfer, and cash on delivery (Dubai only).

Can I order a sample before bulk printing?

Yes, sample orders are available for most products. Contact us via WhatsApp to arrange.

What if I'm not happy with my order?

We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee. If there's a print defect or error on our part, we will reprint at no charge. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Do you offer installation services?

Yes, professional installation is available for all signage products in Dubai. Contact us for a site visit and installation quote.
