We deliver to all addresses across the United Arab Emirates. This includes all 7 emirates:

We currently deliver within the UAE only. For international enquiries, please contact us directly.
Delivery timeframes are calculated from the point your order is dispatched from our Dubai facility — not from when the order is placed. Dispatch happens after production is complete and quality checked.
Timeframes are estimates based on normal courier operations. Delays may occur due to:
- High-volume periods or public holidays in the UAE
- Remote delivery addresses or restricted building access
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided
- Traffic or weather-related delays beyond our control
Our same day delivery service is available for Dubai addresses only, subject to the following conditions:
- Order placed and payment confirmed before 1:00 PM
- Print-ready artwork submitted before 1:00 PM (or artwork approved by that time)
- Product is standard specification (not an oversized or special-production item)
- Delivery address is within Dubai
Same day orders are typically delivered between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Our delivery team will contact you before arriving.
The total time from order to delivery includes both production time and delivery time. Here are typical production turnarounds by product type:

Once your order is dispatched, we will notify you via WhatsApp with delivery details. Our tracking process:
- You receive a WhatsApp notification when your order is dispatched
- Our courier will contact you before delivery to confirm timing
- For any order status update, WhatsApp us at +971 56 588 9742 with your order number
- We aim to respond to all WhatsApp enquiries within 30 minutes during business hours
If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe or if there is any issue with your delivery, please contact us immediately:
- Missing delivery: Contact us within 24 hours of the expected delivery date
- Damaged on arrival: Take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours
- Wrong address: If you provided an incorrect address, re-delivery charges may apply
- Failed delivery attempt: Our courier will attempt delivery up to 2 times before returning to our facility

For large or bulk orders, delivery arrangements may differ. Please contact us before ordering for:
- Orders of 5,000+ business cards or flyers
- Multiple large-format banners or signage items
- Exhibition setups with multiple components
- Corporate gift orders of 100+ items
- Any order requiring delivery to a construction site, exhibition venue, or restricted access location
If you prefer to collect your order in person from our Dubai facility, this is available by appointment. To arrange collection:

- Confirm your order number and preferred collection time
- Collections are available Saturday–Thursday, 9AM–6PM
Collection is free of charge and your order will be ready for collection once production is complete.
