These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and your purchase of products from Black Lion Sign L.L.C, a company registered and operating in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

By accessing this website, placing an order, or communicating with us via WhatsApp or email, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

When you place an order through our website or via WhatsApp, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed and accepted once:

• You receive an order confirmation from us
• Payment is successfully processed or confirmed
• Artwork has been submitted and approved (where applicable)

We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, including orders that we believe to be fraudulent, for illegal content, or that we cannot fulfil for any reason. In such cases, any payment received will be refunded in full.

All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT at 5% where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but confirmed orders will be charged at the price agreed at the time of ordering.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Visa and Mastercard (credit and debit)
• Apple Pay and other digital wallets
• Cash on Delivery (selected products and areas)
• Buy Now Pay Later — tabby and tamara (split into 4 payments, 0% interest)
• Bank transfer (for bulk/corporate orders)

In the event of a pricing error on our website, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order with a full refund.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all artwork, text, images, and content supplied to us for printing. By submitting artwork, you confirm that:

• You own or have permission to use all images, logos, and content in the artwork
• The content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
• The content is not illegal, offensive, defamatory, or violates any UAE laws
• All text is correct and proofread by you

Where we offer proofing services, you must review and approve the digital proof before we proceed. Once approved, we are not liable for any errors in the approved artwork including spelling, colour, or layout.

We aim to produce all orders within the stated turnaround time. However, turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors that may affect delivery include:

• Delayed artwork submission or approval
• Public holidays in the UAE
• Force majeure events outside our control
• Courier delays beyond our facility

We offer free delivery across all UAE emirates. Delivery timeframes are estimates — Dubai same day or next day, other emirates within 1–3 business days. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

All content on this website — including images, text, graphics, logos, and design — is the intellectual property of Black Lion Sign L.L.C or our licensed partners. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content without our written permission.

Artwork and files you submit to us for printing remain your intellectual property. We will not use your artwork for any purpose other than fulfilling your order, unless you provide written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Black Lion Sign L.L.C shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of business or profit arising from delayed delivery
• Reputational damage from printing errors in customer-supplied artwork
• Any loss arising from force majeure events

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order to which the claim relates. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
